- Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable);
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment;
- Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.
- 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role;
- Previous experience using CRM systems;
- Previous experience in an Outbound Sales role highly desirable.
- Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred;
- Customer Service Certificate (desirable).
