Role Overview:
We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll drive sales by generating valuable leads and converting them into successful sales.
This role would suit someone who is a highly self-motivated go-getter, has an engaging demeanor, and enjoys a predominantly phone-based role.
This role is to be based in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound for our clients to promote their products and services and generate leads.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities for our clients through effective communication and engagement.
- Appointment Booking: Scheduling appointments for our clients with the sales team to facilitate business discussions.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships over the phone with clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Record Keeping: Accurately documenting all interactions and client details in our CRM system.
