About the Role:
The Overnight Content Producer position is split between the curating and/or approving Daily Email Reports (DERs) and team support. This role is required to produce a selection of DERs across government and commercial clients under deadline and deliver other media services as part of Streem’s real-time media intelligence platform.
Responsibilities:
- Curating and/or approving Daily Email Reports and associated content including but not limited to Coverage Summaries, Front Pages, Leading News Table, Stock Charts
- Producing transcripts, TV/radio quality control and TV/radio media item processing
- Collaboration and coordination with overnight team senior leadership on day-to-day maintenance, major client deployments and issues resolution
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication between the overnight team including Production, Builders, Proofers and Approvers as required
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication between the overnight team and the internal team as required (i.e. Account Managers, Sales, Product and Development)
- Oversight over overnight team channels and workflows
- Interpreting and applying customer Daily Email Report specifications and comments
- Provide basic Account Management support related to Daily Email Report functions in the early morning via Phone, Email or Live Chat
- Ensure all client related tasks are completed in accordance with internal and external service standards
