We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic applicants for the role of Project Support Officer (Committee Support).
About the role
The Project Support Officer provides administrative support to the Governance and Engagement team in the System Development division to provide effective Secretariat support and assistance to the key system-wide governance structures and processes. The Project Support Officer has an integral role in facilitating the effective operation of these key governance committees to ensure they meet the objectives set out in the relevant Terms of Reference, which is to ultimately lead to system reform.
This position is a unique opportunity that will involve you interacting with and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and senior executives across the Commission, Department of Health as well as key stakeholders across the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs sector. In this varied and exciting role, no two days are the same. We are a small team of professionals that work closely together in a supportive team environment. Due to the variety of position levels within the team, there are excellent opportunities for upskilling and career progression. Your ability to be adaptable and flexible will be an asset to the team.
