Who we need…
You! The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting and bringing in new business for the company by actively identifying and effectively selling and marketing MICM’s Owners Corporation services to prospective clients. 

We'd like to hear from you if you have;

Demonstrated understanding of an Owners Corporation role including thorough knowledge of Owners Corporation statutory requirements with proven Business Development skills.  In conjunction with Management, analyse markets, and develop strategies and a campaign to source new OC business for the company.

• • Experience in handling budgets, financial details and interpreting figures.
  • Ability to accurately interpret contracts, legislation and terminology relating to Owners Corporation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to develop lasting relationship with committees, contractors, staff and the leadership team.
  • Flexibility, time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated Initiative, negotiation and problem solving ability

Formal qualifications for this role are not mandatory; however, any administrative training or commercial qualifications relevant to Owners Corporation management, property or real estate would be a distinct advantage.  In return we offer;

This position requires you to have a Driver’s License and vehicle allowing you to travel between sites and complexes. 

The Business Development Manager may be required to attend meetings such as Owners Corporation Meetings and appointments which are regularly held outside of standard working hours.
