The Role:
Provide efficient and superior administrative support to the Managing Director.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Diary and email management.
- File management.
- Preparing quotations, and client liaison.
- General administration duties/reports and Excel spreadsheets.
- Support the administration department.
- Personal tasks for Director as required.
About You:
This role is an integral part of the business and requires someone who possesses:
- Previous experience in a busy PA or Office Management position.
- Advance computer skills.
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Superior time management skills.
- A positive and outgoing disposition.
- A can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to show initiative.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable working independently whilst maintaining a strong and collaborative working relationship with the team.
- Previous Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience highly regarded.
