Join our team and contribute significantly to the continued success of our outstanding portfolio.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to support the creation and implementation of our Digital Marketing strategy. This role involves crafting compelling digital content, managing online campaigns, and ensuring our websites and social media channels are optimized for performance and user experience.Some of your duties may include but are not limited to:- Develop and execute paid social media ads, email campaigns, and organic social media posts.
- Ensure websites are updated with relevant, revenue-driving information and aligned with national and brand campaigns.
- Craft and implement SEO strategies to drive traffic and direct bookings.
- Develop and nurture relationships within Accor and with external partners to drive Digital Marketing success.This role is based in either the Sunshine Coast or CairnsQualificationsOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills & qualifications- Proven experience in Digital Marketing and communications.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital ad management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on achieving end goals.
