RESPONSIBILITIESDue to business growth, we have an opportunity for an Executive assistant to be the eyes and ears for the National Sales Manager.
- Engaging customer service: ensuring that customers order and receive the right parts.
- Providing technical and product information to our customers.
- Identify and secure additional sales opportunities for spare parts.
- Handover to purchasing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness of spare parts processes, including inventory control and stocktaking.
- Ensure that all databases and customer communications are recorded and completed in a timely manner
- Conduct marketing and networking activities to generate sales as required
- Any other miscellaneous duties as required
CANDIDATE- Prior admin/sales experience with truck parts.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and manuals.
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and priorities tasks
- Service orientation and good communication skills.
- Good organisational and computer literate (Excel experience advantageous).
