Our client is a rapidly expanding provider of printing and packaging solutions and has been experiencing strong growth creating an opportunity for an experienced Packing Operator to support the business as it enters this new stage of growth.
The ideal person has good interpersonal skills and well-round experience of working in a Packing Operator role. The role requires someone who is naturally organised with an eye for detail and who enjoys their role and is proactive and able to deliver to deadlines. You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to multi-task.
Requirements
Specifically, you will:
Execute start up, change over and shutdown procedures for processing machines, undertake scheduled routine checks and preventative maintenance activities.
Undertake final assembly, packaging processes (including palletisation of packages), labelling and quality control checks including relevant paperwork and documentation.
Promote an ethical and safe working environment.
Punctual & reliable and able to work as part of a team.
Forklift licence or willing to obtain.
Physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 15kg.
National Police Check.

Great salary with onsite car parking available, polo shirts provided (employees are required to bring their own safety boots) the full-time working hours are:
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 3.45pm
Friday 7.30am to 2.30pm
