As a valued member of our team, you would be responsible for providing assessment and intervention to all ages specialising in children and adolescents aged 0-18 years. We aim to support the development of motor, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial skills in a fun, therapeutic environment. As well as open to attending home visits for assessments for aged care and NDIS clientele. We offer in-clinic and mobile based therapy services.

About the Role:
- Working with clients across the lifespan specialising in early intervention and children.
- Screening and assessment services, report writing, development of programs and liaison with key stakeholders.
- Implementing a neurodiversity affirming approach and promote clients’ strengths and capabilities.
- Providing therapy within the clinic, community, or educational setting as required.
- Working in partnership with colleagues to deliver meaningful group programs that build a sense of connection and belonging for our clients and their families.
- Valuing parent and community education and building parent capacity.
- Contributing to the development of fantastic resources for our community, including social media content, parent fact sheets and educational videos with the freedom to bring your own personality.
- Contribute to team meetings and case conferences on an ongoing basis to work towards best outcomes for clients.
- The space to be creative, reflect on your practice and plan your sessions.
Successful Applicants Will:
- Have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Be able to work both independently and within a team.
- Independently manage own caseload.

- Be proficient in communication with parents, teachers and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- AHPRA registration.
- Approved qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Working with Children’s Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR.
- Relevant experience working in paediatrics. New Graduates, early career OTs also welcome to apply.
- Must have access to your own vehicle.
- Thoughtful, warm, and engaging communication skills.
- Detail oriented written skills.
- A curious, open, and playful OT.
