What we’re looking for
This position is responsible for developing and executing Affinity’s paid digital marketing strategy to drive new business enquiries and leads for our child care centres and recruitment vacancies. We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, and who has experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and audience targeting strategies. The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, and be experienced in interpreting data, identifying trends and optimising Paid Media campaign performance.
The role:
- Develop and implement Paid Media campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, as well as additional channels as required.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to create targeted campaigns with compelling and personalised ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage budgets, bids and ROI across multiple platforms to ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing Team to align Paid Media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.

About you!
- A degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience working at a digital agency
- Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation.
- Experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads working with multiple clients at the same time
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
- A high level of organisational skills with the ability to adapt within a constantly changing environment
- A `can do’ positive outlook with a strong team focus
Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week and based in Brisbane (CBD).
