About the Role
Rebel Agency, part of the Rebel Connect Group that operates radio stations, Rebel FM & the Breeze is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator (Advertising Specialist).
Our customers are front and centre of everything we do.
With this in mind, you'll be part of a team that is helping our customers to get the greatest bang for their advertising buck through co-ordinating outstanding media campaigns.
Every day you'll prove your marketing skills to our customers by providing the following services for them:
- building advertising campaigns
- supplying ad plans and
- preparing digital marketing strategies
You’ll be working with a team of dedicated media strategists, graphic artists and content creators. However, you will need to be able to work autonomously.
You must have meticulous attention to details and your communication skills will need to be out of this world!
We seek someone with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing / communications and relevant experience of at least two (2) years.
This position is a full-time position.
The position will require you to work from our Gold Coast office each day. After an initial 6-month period, a 'work from home' condition may be offered for up to 2 days per week.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Project manage new and existing client accounts, ensuring all aspects of the marketing commence on time and budget. This includes setting meetings and following up on asset delivery.
- Interpret client briefs supplied by account managers
- Build advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook & other platforms including Youtube, Tiktok and Spotify.
- Supply ad plans for delivery to clients
- Prepare digital marketing strategy and proposals as required
- Responsible for monitoring, optimising and reporting on Paid Media campaigns (metrics like reach, engagement, website visits, etc).
- Assist with the setup of advanced audience tracking and re-marketing.
- Assisting with client enquiries and providing some customer service
- General administration duties as required
- Preparing Client Performance Reports
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders ensuring open communication is in place
