This role is perfect for an individual with a data-driven and analytical mindset who is passionate about improving our owned/earned social media campaigns and website performance.
About the role:
Based out of our Burleigh Heads office, this role is crucial for improving performance and conversions across all brands created by Darren Walters.
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and working alongside the in-house marketing and sales teams, you will champion the changes necessary to improve initial enquiry and funnel conversion numbers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing our portfolio of websites, social pages, and ad accounts and expanding our current marketing into new channels and avenues
- Managing and optimising ad campaign set-up, including pixel setup, audience management, and split testing
- Developing high-performing optimisation strategies that drive results
- Monitoring performance and analytics, ensuring KPIs are set and reported on during and post-campaign to ensure objectives are reached
- Collaborating with the sales team and collecting feedback from all parties to better understand where campaigns and landing pages can be improved
Your top skills:
- 2+ years of proven experience in Paid Media (Meta, Google, YouTube, & TikTok)
- Experience in creating, managing and automating customer journeys
- Data-driven and passionate about using analytics to improve ROI
- Proven track record in managing campaign budgets
- Expertise in Google Analytics, data analysis and pattern recognition
- Desire to learn and grow
Bonus points for:
- CRM design, development and management skills
- Additional Digital Marketing skills (SEO, Email Marketing, etc)
- Experience in using AI to create content
