As a
Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and/or supporting client acquisition strategy via Paid Media channels - Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and beyond.
- Working closely with the client to recommend, create, and/or source assets required to maximize performance across paid channels.
- Having a βrevenue firstβ approach to client ROI - focusing not only on traffic, CPA, CPL - but also on pipeline and revenue generated per campaign.
- Being an expert practitioner in Google Ads & Facebook specifically - including copy writing & design principles required to skyrocket ROAS.
- Adopting and researching best practices across creative, copy, video & other practices to help accelerate Paid Media ROI/ROAS.
- Researching & consistently testing creative ways to decrease costs and increase quality lead generation.
- Meticulous testing & optimisation across creative, copy, and campaign builds to maximize conversions and minimize CPL/CPA.
- Planning, creating and launching supporting assets to help with the success of the paid media campaigns (eg: landing pages, creatives, etc.)
- Working with clients with very healthy 6 figure monthly budgets - and looking to consistently grow their spend, as you scale their ROI.
- Building a short term, mid-term and long term strategy for client success, across all channels, as well as setting realistic benchmarks for ROI & ROAS.
Requirements:- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, & LinkedIn ads. Experience with TikTok & other channels is a bonus!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO & general digital marketing is a plus.
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management
