**Job Description:**
As a Blaster/Painter with Taylors engineering, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, ensuring the highest quality standards and safety practices are upheld. Your duties will include:
- Operating and maintaining abrasive blasting equipment.
- Surface preparation and treatment to ensure coatings adhere effectively.
- Applying various protective coatings, including epoxies, urethanes, and other paint systems.
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure the final product meets specifications.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a Blaster/Painter in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of different surface preparation and coating techniques.
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in physically demanding environments.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
