Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of electronic devices, including cellular phones, audio and video equipment, and home entertainment systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their Electronic Equipment.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies required for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service quality and improve response times.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Electronic Equipment repair, including extensive experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Strong understanding of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (sponsorship available for the right candidate under the Employer Nomination Scheme).
• Current and valid driver’s license, as some travel to client sites may be required.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or evenings, if necessary.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
