Kerry Logistics Cold Chain are looking for a mature minded person with experience working in receiving and dispatch, to work Full Time as a Pallet Controller within our cold storage facility in Laverton North.
The key responsibilities for the role will include:
- Pallet Control using 2IC
- Maintain the accuracy of all pallet movements in and out of the warehouse
- Prepare and monitor pallet movements
- Pallet recovery / reconciliation
- Invoice and statement reconciliation
- Monthly pallet reconciliation reports
- Data entry and EDI uploads
- POD reconciliation
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal / external customers and service providers
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by Manager
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the following areas:
- Extensive experience using 2IC
- Experience within the cold chain and food distribution environment
- Be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Have outstanding communication skills
- Be highly motivated
- Use initiative and be proactive
- CI focused
- Investigation and troubleshooting skills are a must
- Able to prepare weekly reports for management
