The Company

Pallet Control Australia Pty Ltd provides a service which closely monitors pallets for their clients. It is the largest company of its kind in Australia and has four offices across three states. PCA utilises specifically tailored processes and procedures to alleviate the loss of pallets and loss of income. The business also provides a number of ancillary products.

The Position

Due to rapid expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivating individual to join our Hallam Office team. You must be confident and professional, with a strong attention to detail. 

Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of your own clients.
  • Preparation of reports and reconciliations.
  • Some Data Entry.
  • General office duties.

This position is offered as full-time with hours from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. The option of 2 days being work from home may be available once the probationary period is completed. Salary will be based on experience.
or
part-time with hours of 25+ per week, negotiable with the Office Manager

Your Credentials

To ensure your success in this position you need:

  • To have a pallet control, bookkeeping or banking background.
  • Intermediate or Advance with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Strong communication, report writing and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • To hold a current Australian State drivers licence and have your own vehicle.
  • Be a Permanent Resident of Australia.
