About the role
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Paralegal to join our well-regarded Government Advisory team. Working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team, this full-time position plays a vital role in the efficient operations of the team.
Your role will be to support the lawyers in day-to-day file management, including:
Triaging and review incoming matters.
Uploading relevant documents in our matter management portal and updating the portal during the lifecycle of a matter.
Assisting to draft briefs, legal documents, letters, case summaries and general correspondence.
Sourcing experts.
Coordinating and managing deadlines for filings and legal processes.
About you

Previous paralegal or senior legal assistant experience working in a high-volume practice.
Strong attention to detail and matter management skills.
Refined organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach.
