Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in the legal industry, particularly in property, commercial law and/or Wills and Estates.
- The ability to apply a range of technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience preparing settlements using PEXA.
- Excellent judgment and use of initiative.
- The ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence.
- Drafting and preparing documents.
- Liaising with clients.
- Diary and email management.
- File management.
- End of month billing and reporting.
- Answering phone calls and redirecting queries as needed.
