Day to day you will be:
- drafting, preparing and negotiating legal correspondence and contracts;
- liaising with clients and solicitors across the life of each transaction;
- managing own file load across the life of each transactions;
- providing exceptional client service skills and responsiveness;
Do you have:
- experience in preparing PEXA workspaces and registering titles documents;
- conducting and reviewing property searches;
- support your team members, with your proactive approach and positive attitude;
- excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills and administration experience;
- the initiative and drive to take ownership of matters and client portfolios;
- ability to work as a team and autonomously to manage your own workload; and
- a passion for customer service and strong client relationship skills as this role will see you as a key client contact.
