SalaryAs Park Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for:
- Recruitment, management, and development of a team compromising of Front Office, Cafe, Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Leading and driving delivery of memorable customer service, and managing our member and guest reservations at the property
- Leading a safety-first culture across the property, ensuring the team are following policies and procedures including occupational health and safety practices
- Financial management, operating the budget ensuring procurement, cost controls, and driving revenue is managed correctly.
- Management and maintenance of assets within the property
- Liaising with local stakeholders including council, industry bodies and community groups
- There will be after hours and call out duties associated with this role.
- Managing the operations of our popular onsite Cafe (open 7 days a week serving breakfast and lunch)
RAC Cervantes Holiday Park is located in the stunning Australia’s Coral Coast region and is only a 2h 10m north of Perth and 2h 20m south of Geraldton on the scenic Indian Ocean Drive. Our holiday park has direct beach access and offers a wide range of facilities for travellers including a range of brand new 2 and 3 bedroom poolside villas, nature playground for the kids, BBQ area, sparkling heated swimming pool, kids’ activity area and Cafe.
About you
- Experience in similar role including demonstrated management experience.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Newbook (or similar reservations system), financial software, rostering software and sharepoint
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting on caravan park operations, and the ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- Availability to work after hours as per the on-call roster.
- Pool Operations / Aquatic Technical Operator (Desirable)
- Provide First Aid (Desirable)
