- Conduct patrols and issue parking infringement notices to ensure compliance with parking regulations
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly, providing a high level of service

- Prepare documentation for potential prosecutions and provide evidence in court as needed
- Maintain superior customer service standards in all interactions
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in justice or public administration, law enforcement, or customer service
- Strong communication skills to manage interactions effectively
- Ability to navigate and use personal and hand-held computer devices efficiently
- Current driver's licence, with a pre-appointment police and Working With Children check
