Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering customer calls confidently with impeccable phone manner
- Responding to customer emails
- Scheduling appointments whilst on the phone with customer
- Invoicing
- Report writing
- General Office Administrative duties
Qualifications & experience
- Phone communication skills.
- Impeccable reading and writing and a great attitude.
- Reliable worker.
- Competent with word, excel spread sheets.
- General Computer capabilities.
