Established in 2005, we specialise in placing candidates in locum and permanent positions across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control Officer (20-24 hours per week) to join our team located in Collingwood. The role will be part of our friendly and supportive Finance Team.About the RoleThe Accounts Receivable/Credit Control Officer will be responsible for the following:
- Performing the full cycle functions of Accounts Receivable tasks, including:
o tracking and following up outstanding invoice payments (Credit Control)
o data entry of accounts receivable payments into our finance system (MYOB)
- other accounts related ad hoc tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a small to medium business environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience using MYOB Accounting Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliability and willingness to work as part of a small team
- Positive and mature attitude
- Discretion and confidentiality are expected
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
