PART SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ORH Truck Solutions is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial mining vehicles within Australia, designing some of the strongest and most reliable Service Trucks and Water Carts in the industry. 

We are currently seeking an organised and experienced Part Sales Representative to join the team here in Hazelmere. We are looking for a warm, approachable, and confident character that is eager to make this role their own, whilst positively establishing themselves within a rapidly expanding business group.

This is a full-time office based / hybrid position that will primarily be responsible for facilitating our customer needs and mastering our customer requests in a way that is informative, productive, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers whilst on site with a welcoming and helpful approach, assist in answering any questions. Ensuring follow-up if required is completed effectively.
• Strong regular communication with the purchasing department and work together to ensure all parts are stocked and ready for purchase as well as ensuring any parts being collected are organised and ready for our customers collection.
• Ensure you stay aligned with new parts entering onto the market and gain adequate knowledge to be able to deliver this information to our customers as and when required.
• Confident and clear telephone manner – alongside ensuring you hold ability to take product orders over the telephone, via email or in person.
• Maintaining strong and professional relationships with both our existing and new customers.
• Hold and maintain a strong drive to expand our current customer base.
• Keep a high level of quality control with all parts, consistently ensuring no possible part defects are being provided to customers. 
• If required the ability to educate customers on our products, their usage and deliver accurate knowledge of alternatives.

• Able to collaborate well with a team.
• Develop your knowledge of our Truck builds and our company products.
