This is an autonomous role (working from a home base and attending to sales visits across the state)

Your new role will include:
- Supporting retail sales outlets (Repco/Bursons etc) to cover the automotive, industrial, marine and agricultural wiper sector.
- Maximising market penetration and value capture in the business through actively participating in the implementation of new product campaigns and merchandising reviews.
- Increasing market awareness of the product mix through active participation in trade shows and industry associations.
- Having a clear understanding of competitors' activities in this market place and their strengths, weaknesses and business strategies and to generate effective counter-strategies.
- Maintaining Sales Forecasting Reports on a monthly basis.
Who you are:
- 2-4 years Automotive Parts/product sales (Trade or Retail) with a mix of being technically minded and sales oriented
- Curious, entrepreneurial and resilient - you're confident in challenging the status quo-backing yourself with data and results. You find ways to offer market leading and innovative solutions to customers.
