As an Administration Support Officer you'll be responsible for assisting with managing and maintaining the organization's information technology systems and administrative processes. Additionally, you will often handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as coordinating office activities, managing records, and providing support to staff members.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Systems Administration Manager in managing the ERP system including development of changes, assisted implementation and adaptation of Branch systems to changes.
  • Undertake troubleshooting activities in relation to the ERP system.
  • Assist with upskilling branch administrative employees in relation to customer service procedures, service etiquette and up-selling techniques.
  • Sales Order Entry, Maintain Company Pricing Structures
  • Create and maintain inventory codes.
  • Assist with reporting on the daily sales function for all companies.
  • Assist with training of key administrative and internal sales employees in relation to product knowledge and company processes necessary for the completion of their work activities.
  • Assist with reporting and completing monthly stock takes for all branches.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Industry specific experience surrounding garage doors are preferable
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working In a similar role
  • Strong system knowledge
