About the Role
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administration Officerto work in our Rutherford establishment for an immediate start due to the expansion of our business
You will be required to support the administrative needs of the business. A degree of flexibility is required.
Key Duties:
- General Administration Duties
- Constant interaction with workshop staff
- Reception duties
- Invoicing across multiple departments
- Support of higher management
- Customer Service Support
The key team member we are looking for needs to have:
- Articulate and well presented
- Advanced Computer skills
- Experience with AP / Invoicing - Highly Regarded
- Understanding of heavy/on-road vehicles, mining, and general automotive knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and quality phone manner
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Work well under pressure
- 2+ years experience in a similar administration role is highly advantageous
