Our small, progressive Dubbo Accounting Practice is seeking an Administration Receptionist for a Temporary Position to cover Maternity Leave.
This is a part-time position of around 2 days a week with the hours of 9am to 3pm.
In this role you would need to be confident to complete the following required tasks:
- General Administrative Duties & Office Support
- Have an Excellent Phone Manner
- Demonstrate Computer Skills
- Demonstrate Competent Typing Skills
- Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Have a Strong Work Ethic & be Reliable
- Confident to work both Independently and as part of a Team
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is Essential
Training in our Administration and Database Software will be provided.
