An exciting opportunity has become available in our Brassall Office for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant / Sales Associate. Our Agency is fast growing and we are seeking a motivated team member who is committed to building a successful career in Real Estate.
The position is full-time and requires the person to have the ability to work autonomously, be a team member and show initiative with a high level of detail.
The Successful candidate will be:

Your core responsibilities for this role will include:
- Liaising with clients
- Email management
- Calendar & diary management
- Create open home schedules
- Marketing Support
- Attend inspections (building & pest, photography)
- Open home attendance
- Preparing Listing & Contract documentation
- Track upcoming sales & settlements
- Conducting general administrative duties required for the role
You will need:
- Current certificate of registration
- Current drivers license
- Solid communication skills
- Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
- Professional presentation
- Experience preferred but not essential
