THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Admin Assistant! As the company's first point of contact, you must be passionate about client services and love dealing with people. Full training will be provided to the right applicant.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- General reception duties - greeting clients, answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Booking training sessions and creating timelines
- Managing client data
- Scheduling and maintaining calendars

ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Great personal presentation
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positive and confident with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of the real estate industry desirable, but not essential
