About this EXCITING Opportunity
Calibre is seeking a highly organised and proactive experienced PA to provide extensive, support to the Directors! The Directors requires support to assist their day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and diverse atmosphere.
As a highly organised, proactive and professional administrator, you will be required to constantly plan, prioritise and stay one-step ahead at all times. This support role will require you to always be efficient and able to exercise initiative to allow for seamless office processes and assist the Directors to be out and about meeting clients and achieving sales targets without a hitch!
As a Personal Assistant, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
• Diary, e-mail & appointment management
• Database management & client care
• Liaising with vendors, purchases and solicitors
• Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions
• Handling all sales administration
• Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
• Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
• Manage exchanges & settlements
• Ad hoc administration duties
• Team marketing/helping to grow the team’s brand

In addition to this, you will also have you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar high-paced real estate administration support role. We are seeking someone that has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers Licence. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Strong MS Office skills and be a motivated self-starter.
