ABOUT YOU
As part of our ongoing evolution in QLD, we are seeking an experienced Administrator for part-time work. (20-25 hours/week)
As an Administrator for Delta Group you will be assisting in a support role in the delivery of complex and significant demolition and civil projects. You will work with a blue-chip client base and a growing workbook of high-profile projects across Queensland predominately in Southeast QLD.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding of new staff.
- Payroll assistance as necessary.
- Assist Commercial Manager and Commercial Administrator.
- Assist Project Managers to monitor subcontract agreements and monthly processing of claims.
- Monitor project purchase orders and progress claims and enter as required.
- Assist with debtor management and reconciliations.
- Ensure project delivery team has access to relevant templates and job folders.
Essential
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, develop and deliver outstanding results.
- High level proficiency in necessary Microsoft Office 365 packages and exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- The right attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solutions focused – issue resolution, problem solving, lateral thinking.
Desirable
- Experience in the construction industry, ideally in personnel, delivery, procurement and management of contracts.
