Century Venues is seeking applications for an Experienced Accounts Administrator
Experience in the Creative Arts sector preferred
Skills/Requirements:
- 5 years experience as an administrative bookkeeper using Xero
- Be highly competent in using Xero, Microsoft Office, and processing of administrative tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- able to meet deadlines and be highly organised
- Budget management and reporting skills essential
- Be self motivated and reliable
- Desire to learn new tasks and software
- Good interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Sound knowledge and experience with ATO compliance
Position tasks include:
- End to end AR and AP processing
- Debtor collections
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Month/quarter end reconciliation
- Month/quarter end reporting
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Statutory reporting
- Reporting to CFO as required
