The Role:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of our projects and grow within our dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Processing day-to-day invoicing efficiently and accurately.
- Email Management: Overseeing the accounts inbox and ensuring timely responses.
- Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of creditor statements for accuracy.
- Credit Card Management: Reconciling multiple credit cards and following up on receipts.
- Month-End Support: Assisting with month-end processing tasks as required.
- Adhoc Duties: Undertaking various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping roles, demonstrating proficiency in relevant tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Preferred experience with XERO or similar accounting software.
Additional Information:
- Part-Time: Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with flexible hours totaling an average of 22 per week.
- Future Growth: The role may lead to full-time opportunities in 2025 for the right candidate.
