Key Responsibilities
*Assist with meeting and events sales strategy, ensuring targets are achieved within budgeted figures.
*Supporting sales strategies and campaigns.
*Administrating support with preparing documentations and presentations.
*A proactive approach to ensure all function spaces are maximised, along with revenue.
*Engaging in site inspections and events.
*Generating proposals to secure conference business, following up with proposals and ensure guest obsession!
*Overseeing event happenings, working effectively with F&B team and ensuring service delivery meets to the highest standard.
*Quick problem resolutions.
*Evaluating events success and reporting.
Ideally our Team is looking for
*Experience in event planning - well organised and multi tasking.
*Passion for guest obsession!
*Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in Opera (desirable) and proficient with Microsoft Office.
