We are looking for a Conference and Events Coordinator to join the team and hit the ground running with the coordination, support and delivery of several exciting events and conferences. This is a full time position, based in our Perth CBD office responsible for the coordination and support activities of key accounts and Events.

To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Events Industry.
  • Project coordination experience in conferencing and/or events.
  • Confident in building client relations.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • High level of personal and professional presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability using MS Office applications and databases.
  • Capacity to manage multiple events/projects at the same time.

Desirable:

  • Experience using EventsAIR or similar events software
