Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Parsram Foods, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main goal will be to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and providing outstanding service to our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Maintain current customer and identify potential clients and establish new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role in food industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual – Fluent in Hindi
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
