We are looking for a Part Time HR Administrator for this Government Organisation. Working in a small team, you will assist with the day-to-day human resource and recruitment admin tasks. This will include but limited to scheduling interviews, posting job ads, helping organise training and updating records. Located in Adelaide CBD, this is a great part-time 4-month contract commencing asap.

• Efficiently manage and maintain HR records, employee files, and databases.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation related to personnel files, benefits, and other HR processes.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including the completion of necessary paperwork and orientation activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to communicate relevant information to employees, fostering a positive and transparent work environment including lunch and learns and training.

• At least 12 months experience in a Human Resources / Recruitment environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally, with all levels of internal staff
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and knowledge in Orion is advantageous
• Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
• Effective problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
• Has a positive and can-do attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a valid Police Check or be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
