We are pleased to be working with our current client based in Dandenong South, VIC and are leading the search for a Part-Time Payroll Officer.
Your Role
The role of Part-time Payroll Officeris responsible for ensuring weekly and monthly pays are processed on time and in accordance with all compliance and legislation regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll for employees Nationally.
- Producing Payroll reports for finance team
- End-of-month and superannuation contributions and lodgement.
- Managing child support payments
- Reconciling timesheets
- Processing sick leave and holiday pay entitlements
- Continuous improvement.
- Previous stand-alone Payroll experience essential
- Must have good knowledge of Award Interpretation/EBA's and Workers Comp processes.
- Experience with UKG-Ready / Payroll Metric would be amazing, however not essential.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team.
- Being part of the HR function a presence on site is required.
- $85,000-95,000 plus superannuation (pro-rata)
- 2-days a week, or 5-day fortnight. Other requirements considered.
