Physiotherapist
The Foot & Ankle Experts Health Clinic are seeking experienced part-time Physiotherapist to join our team. One of our core values of our clinic is to treat the disease, not the symptoms. Our priority is to fix our patient's pain for good.
We are located in Hamilton, just outside the city. It’s a beautiful spot right by the water and tucked away close to the local gym.
You will be working with a small team of allied health professionals (Podiatrists, Remedial massage therapist & Myotherapist).

We are looking for the right Physiotherapist to complete our team. The current role is part time with an opportunity to be full time in the future.
You will be responsible for the following:
Evaluating the medical history and the movement and functional abilities of new patients
Developing systematic treatment plans and templates based on medical diagnoses and prescriptions.
Mobilising and manipulating muscles and joints.
Providing treatment using physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment (e.g. MLS laser therapy, Focus shockwave Therapy and TENS machine)
Giving patients exercises designed to strengthen and increase their motor abilities
Motivating patients to develop their strength and perform exercises and to have a good rapport with clinician.
Keeping updated patient records detailing all therapy provided using Cliniko (i.e. treatment and results)
Adjusting plans and prescribing new treatment, where necessary.
Participate in team meetings and continuing education and work as a team with our main clinician and other allied health professions of Foot and Ankle Experts Health Clinic.
Essential Criteria:
- A degree in physiotherapy and registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- At least two years of working experience in private practice.
- Experience working in a range of health, disability and adult services Current registration with AHPRA
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
- Great time management skills and a sense of ownership.
- Insurance and registration with an Australian Physiotherapy Association.
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights/permanent residency or Australian Citizen.
