Hey, it's Joe here! Let me tell you about Sydney Listings. Sydney Listings is a boutique, independent property and building management company with a family business feel operating since 2017. My family has been developing property in Sydney for several decades now and has always struggled to find reliable Property Managers, so we set out to do it ourselves.
We are generally laid back and relaxed, flexible and non-corporate. Dress attire is smart casual, and all systems and processes are 100% digital and totally paperless (We automate as much as we can to make the job easier).
Our emphasis is on being responsive, easy to deal with and swift to lease apartments and handle issues and repairs. We consistently receive feedback that we are a breath of fresh air in the real estate industry. The majority of our portfolio are family members so it is easier than dealing with a range of independent landlords.
Also, the boss is dashingly handsome, intelligent, wise, talented, and surprisingly humble.
We pride ourselves on:
- Answering the phone and responding to emails (Shocking!)
- Taking a proactive approach to property management (nipping things in the bud before they blow up later!)
- Being thorough
- Most importantly, forming proper relationships with everyone from tenants and landlords to trades and stratas.
We also like to inject humour and light-heartedness where we can. We like to make this stuff fun wherever possible!
Our promise is that whilst you’ll be empowered to take ownership of this role, you will be supported and aided with every possible resource we can spare.
