Part-Time Receptionist (2 Days Per Week)

Position: Part-Time Receptionist - 2 days per week

Location: Emu Point, WA

Are you friendly, organised, and love providing excellent customer service? 

We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team 2 days a week and be the welcoming face of our chalets!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere upon their arrival.
2. Efficient Check-ins and Check-outs: Handle guest registrations, reservations, and departures promptly and accurately.
3. Information Hub: Provide information about the chalets, local attractions, and answer any inquiries with enthusiasm.
4. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Assist guests with any issues or special requests, ensuring their stay is memorable for all the right reasons.
6. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Please note: This position is for 2 days a week.
