Position: Part-Time Receptionist - 2 days per week

We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team 2 days a week and be the welcoming face of our chalets!
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere upon their arrival.
- Efficient Check-ins and Check-outs: Handle guest registrations, reservations, and departures promptly and accurately.
- Information Hub: Provide information about the chalets, local attractions, and answer any inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless experience.
- Customer Service Excellence: Assist guests with any issues or special requests, ensuring their stay is memorable for all the right reasons.
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Please note: This position is for 2 days a week.
