Due to internal promotion the Partners of the practice are now looking to add to their already successful team with the addition of a junior Receptionist.
The Vacancy:
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
- Greet clients
- Making sure the meeting rooms are tidy
- Data entry and uploading of documents
- Collecting mail
- Ordering office supplies
To Apply:
- Ideally have some experience within a similar admin/reception role
- Hold excellent communication skills
- Confident with email and telephone systems
- Have a polite and professional attitude
- Must own a car and hold a drivers licence (To collect the mail)
