We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Receptionist. This entry level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry while providing essential support to our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the reception area
- Assisting Sales & Property Management with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word & Excel
