About the Role
As our practice is rapidly expanding with a waiting list of new patients, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
The role is based in Docklands (Melbourne CBD – 4 min walk from Southern Cross station).
The role revolves around building sustainable growth for the practice through supporting amicable and amazing relationships with our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
Undertaking reception duties to support the day-to-day requirements including answering phones and basic data entry
Provide a High Level of customer service to our patients
Providing positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers/colleagues/stakeholders at all times
As a member of a team, it is important to communicate and coordinate with colleagues effectively and efficiently remembering our values
Demonstrate drive and initiative to achieve high performance and meet set targets/deadlines
Maintaining company values and ensuring these are the forefront of all actions within the role
Other administrative tasks as directed by Management team

For this position, we are searching for a candidate with part-time or full-time working rights in Australia.
Salary (above average) and working days/hours (flexible) will be discussed at the interview. Remuneration is based on competence, skills and experience of the successful candidate.
Ability to take control and stay calm under pressure.
Attention to details and time management
Impeccable personal presentation.
An eagerness to learn and willing to undertake training and education.
Punctuality and accepting of feedback
Previous experience in dental practices is a  plus , however, training will be offered to the successful candidate who has no previous dental experience.
Speaking Arabic/Chinese is a  plus
