Skills and experience Required
Current Property Management Registration or Sales Registration
Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Sound computer and MS Office skills
A genuine interest in property management and desire for a long-term career in the industry
Comfortable working in a structured environment where procedures, compliance and accountability are paramount
Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
Positive and helpful manner
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
