- Manage 100 - 120 properties based Northern Suburbs, the portfolio is based on skills and experience will be discussed and agreed upon by all parties
- A full-service agency with lots of support
- Be supported by a full-time assistant Property Manager, dedicated trust accountant, Virtual Assistants, and all outside work outsourced
- Day-to-day management of the portfolio
- Passion for providing top customer service
SKILL & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
- Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
- Ability to work autonomously
