Role Overview:
As a Partner at Copenhagen Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business in Australia. You will be responsible for building and positioning data-driven solutions to our clients. Your strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on approach will be instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence. You will have full P&L responsibility for a segment of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Australian Practice. Align with Copenhagen Data's overall business goals and client needs.
- Drive growth through proactive business development activities. Lead proposals, pitch to potential clients, and expand the practice’s market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Lead project delivery ensuring delivery excellence and customer success.
- Oversee the financial performance of your business segment, managing budgets, forecasts and P&L to ensure profitability.
- Build, mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of consulting experience with a background from an established Consulting Firm.
- Currently holds the title of Manager, Principal, or similar with a strong aspiration to advance to a Partner role.
- Demonstrated ability to sell consulting services and deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Strong personal network within the industry in which you have operated.
- Proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategies into actionable projects.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Desirable - MAICD or GAICD
